Setting Standards For Yourself

Episode #127

The standards we set for ourselves guide us and allow us to achieve the results that we want and carry us to where we want to go.

To know your standards, you must know first who you are because your standard is part of your identity. If you know who you are and what you want to achieve, it will be easier for you to sustain your results and prove to yourself that you can hold yourself to these standards.

Be specific about the actions you are currently taking. You should know what your current standards are and if it is necessary, make new standards that are aligned with your behavior and identity.

A standard should be set based on how we know ourselves not based on what society dictates. Set a standard for your personal growth and development, get optics and support in order to help yourself achieve the result that you want.

In this episode you will learn :

  • How to set your standards
  • The importance of knowing that your true identity lies in setting your standards
  • The importance of being clear on what result you want to achieve
