In a relationship, polar opposites usually work well together. The wife who is naturally feminine needs her partner or husband to be in his alpha or masculine state.
As the relationship progresses, women tend to test their partner’s masculinity, how secure and how grounded he is as a man. If you fail that test by getting triggered, she will feel insecure and she will become more alpha to get that security she needs.
During these tests as a man, there will be times when you succumb to the pressure and you become more beta which requires her to become more alpha in the relationship. You choose to become beta because you think its easier that way to just follow what she wants than arguing with her.
You have individual needs in the relationship but in order to meet each other’s needs, you have to communicate and cooperate with each other.
In this episode, we dive deep into HOW exactly to do that.
To open up healthy communication you must first recognize her and validate her needs so that she can feel seen and heard.
After that, you can now express your needs and relate them to her. Offer a solution but ask her to cooperate for you to achieve it together.
You then get to reclaim your natural masculine state. In order to reclaim it, you must first regain the trust of your partner. Show her that you honor your word, you can control your own natural state, you can take a stand and she can rely on you.
This is what it looks like to become an alpha in the relationship and show your masculinity.
If you have all of those masculine elements above, your partner will then fall gently into her natural feminine state.
When polarization fades away, this will become lacking in your relationship. Reset your natural masculinity and regain the polarity in the relationship.
